A lesson from physical therapy: Push up to the pain then focus on strengthening the other areas of your life.
When you don’t own your growth…
life chooses your battles,
circumstances choose the arena,
your enemies choose the weapons
and your preparation chooses the outcome!
What are you doing under the circumstances?

Connect
When we struggle, the first tendency is to disconnect. Because we don’t want to talk about it. We’re embarrassed we have problems. We often just don’t want to deal with it.
Jesus said He is a vine and we are the branches of that vine. God gave us His Family, the church, the Body to do life together not alone.
Serve
When we struggle, a second tendency is to focus inward.
Jesus says in Matthew 11:28-30 and Matthew 6:31-33 if we want His help, to focus on others. But when we need His help we often do the exact opposite!
When you and your problems are the biggest thing in your life, everything is major!
The Upside Down Kingdom
